Users cannot transfer graphics or works, without the knowledge of the owner, and post them somewhere else on the Internet or anywhere else. These acts can be prosecuted in a civil court, because "copyright law is civil law" These laws can be frightening. Copyright law on the Internet is a new region for the court system, ten copies with a value of $2,500 were made a felony in the United States. To be safe, Internet users should just ask first to insure everyone's safety.

Brighter Beginnings Childcare participates in the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program through Horizons Unlimited, Inc. and we follow their nutritional guidelines when planning menus. Each child will receive a nutritious breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, and supper when in care during these meal/snack times. Times for these meals are as follows:
7 am to 8 am-Breakfast
10:00 Morning Snack
12:00 Lunch
2:00 afternoon snack and 3:30 snack for school age children
5:00 pm supper

Daily Activites:

Planned activities will provide experiences in which all children can be successful and feel good about themselves, use and develop language, and use large and small muscles. Children will use materials and take part in activities which encourage creativity. Children will learn new ideas and skills, be exposed to a variety of cultures and participate in imaginative play.

I will plan activities and provide children with a variety of experiences. Some of the activities will include:
§ Language development: Books, music, story time, finger plays
§ Large muscle skills: Balls, hula hoops, jump ropes, swinging, outdoor play
§ Small muscle skills: Arts and crafts, stringing beads, blocks, puzzles
§ Creative expression: Puppets, music/instruments, dance, dramatic play
§ Self-help skills: Assist with mealtime prep, dressing self for outdoor play, clean up time

PLAY is the major component of our program. Enough time, materials and space will be provided for children to actively explore the world around them. Daily activities will include indoor and outdoor play, active and quiet activities, individual and group activities and protection from excess fatigue and equipment. Children, including infants and toddlers, will go outdoors daily when weather permits.
